What you'd actually do

  2. Test and scale new marketing channels to reach the right audiences in cost-effective ways
  3. Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, programmatic), balancing upper-funnel awareness with lower-funnel conversion to support both brand building and direct sales
  4. Develop and lead social media strategy — defining content pillars, posting cadence, community engagement, and growth targets aligned with brand objectives and local cultural relevance
  5. Own the influencer marketing strategy end-to-end: identify, manage, and measure creator partnerships that authentically connect with Mexican audiences

Skills

Required

  • 4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
  • Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion
  • Experience managing and measuring marketing performance in various channels
  • Deep understanding of Mexican consumer behavior, media landscape, and cultural nuances
