Stripe is seeking a Marketing Manager for SMB and Mid-Market segments in EMEA to drive their marketing strategy, focusing on accelerating pipeline and product adoption. This role involves defining and executing marketing plans, collaborating with sales teams, and measuring program results to drive business growth within the financial technology sector.

What you'd actually do

  1. Define and execute the EMEA marketing strategy for SMB and Mid-Market segments with an emphasis on an Ideal Customer Profiles.
  2. Own key business and revenue metrics throughout the sales funnel, with a strong emphasis on on accelerating pipeline through upsell and cross sell opportunities
  3. Collaborate with Partner Marketing to create successful co-selling initiatives that extend our reach within the partner and developer ecosystems
  4. Develop and execute comprehensive full-funnel marketing plans, partnering with digital marketing and demand generation teams to secure high-value deals.
  5. Partner closely with Sales leadership to align account plans, ensure disciplined lead follow-up, and establish trust as a strategic partner.
