This role leads narrative strategy, copy governance, and messaging excellence for customer content and assets within Adobe's Enterprise Marketing Global Marketing Labs. The candidate will champion brand voice, drive messaging consistency, master content governance, and explore efficiencies through GenAI in copy development and editorial workflows. Key responsibilities include developing narrative strategy, ensuring message alignment with brand goals, driving messaging architecture and brand voice governance, and collaborating with various teams to elevate narrative quality. The role also involves mentoring writers and representing Adobe in thought leadership on brand storytelling.

What you'd actually do

  1. Lead the narrative strategy and messaging architecture for Global Marketing Labs, defining positioning, tone, and storytelling frameworks for campaigns, product launches, and brand initiatives we support.
  2. Drive Messaging Architecture, Brand Voice Governance, and Content Expression Systems to ensure consistency across assets and channels.
  3. Play a crucial role in shaping and reviewing copy across touchpoints (web, campaigns, thought leadership, email, social, video scripts, etc.), ensuring clarity, differentiation, and impact.
  4. Establish and evolve editorial guidelines, governance models, and review frameworks to scale quality across global teams.
  5. Mentor writers, content strategists, and agency partners—raising the bar for narrative craft and strategic storytelling.
