Marketing Operations Lead

This role focuses on optimizing marketing and sales operations, including lead scoring, routing, and automation. It involves managing marketing technology stacks and experimenting with AI to improve process efficiency and accuracy within a B2B environment.

What you'd actually do

  1. Act as the primary marketing operations partner to the Inbound Sales team, ensuring high-quality handoffs.
  2. Own day-to-day configuration, troubleshooting, and optimization of the marketing automation platform.
  3. Build and maintain workflows, lifecycle automation, and event-based logic supporting inbound and product-led growth.
  4. Own lead and PQL scoring models and routing logic to ensure fast, accurate delivery to the right sales teams.
  5. Partner with Demand Generation and Web teams to capture and activate top-of-funnel signals (web, product, form, behavioral).
