Marketing Operations Lead for Disney DTC APAC, responsible for driving execution and campaign delivery of lifecycle communications. This role involves solution design, build, and deployment, establishing best practices for data/technical messaging solutions, and administering user lifecycle messaging tests for experimentation and learning. It requires a hybrid of hands-on coding, test instrumentation, marketer strategy partnership, and user advocacy.

What you'd actually do

  1. Build, test and deliver lifecycle messages
  2. Execute messaging optimization and best practice adoption
  3. Run split and multivariate tests, ensuring test protocols are administered to minimize bias
  4. Coordinates with market strategist in the creation and management of marketing campaign process for the purpose of driving video content engagement from our subscribers
  5. Create and manage project plans with clearly defined deliverables and resources, coordinate work streams and dependencies, track and communicate progress, identify obstacles and ensure they’re addressed

Skills

Required

  • Proficiency in HTML, template scripting (AMPscript, Liquid), and SQL
  • Experience with messaging platforms like Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or Adobe Experience Manager
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to multitask
  • Self-motivated with a drive to exceed expectations
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
