This role is for a Marketing Operations Manager at Verkada, a company that provides an AI-powered physical security platform. What you'd actually do

  1. Serve as the operational backbone for 20+ demand generation marketers running multi-region campaigns.
  2. Own and optimize lead ingestion, enrichment, routing, and lifecycle management—ensuring sales receives high-quality leads, quickly and efficiently.
  3. Champion marketing ops best practices and scale-friendly infrastructure, driving adoption of tools and processes across the organization.
  4. Own everything from day-to-day campaign execution to scaling campaign operations for a fast-growing, multi-region team.
  5. Design and maintain ETL pipelines to support real-time campaign logic, reporting, and data quality initiatives using SQL, Python, and other tools.
