Stripe is seeking a Marketing Operations Manager to lead a team focused on optimizing marketing spend, generating qualified leads, improving customer experience, and increasing retention. The role involves recruiting, managing, and developing a team, partnering with global counterparts, project managing marketing campaigns, supporting Marketo workflows, and ensuring reportability of operations cycles. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in Marketing Operations, team leadership, and hands-on Marketo experience.

What you'd actually do

  1. Recruit, lead, develop, and coach a high-performing team of Marketing Operations Associates and Campaign Producers.
  2. Partner with global counterparts in EMEA/AMER, necessitating flexible scheduling for cross-regional alignment on email marketing success, best practices, process, workflows, policies, execution and enablement.
  3. Project manage marketing campaign production across the globe, including managing handoffs.
  4. Support Marketo workflows, performance marketing operations and event analysis.
  5. Ensure reportability of core operations cycles.
