Marketing Operations Manager responsible for coordinating full-funnel marketing campaigns, ensuring timely execution, and managing cross-functional dependencies. What you'd actually do

  1. This person serves as the connective tissue across marketing teams, ensuring campaigns are planned on time, cross-functional dependencies are met, and creative work moves forward with clarity and confidence.
  2. By owning the 12-week planning framework and enforcing milestone checkpoints, this person creates the conditions for campaigns to launch on time, on strategy, and with the right creative foundation in place.
  3. On any given week, the Marketing Operations Manager might be facilitating a Tier 1 marketing strategy session, resolving a dependency blocker with the Buying team, or working with channel leads to improve how they use Workfront.
  4. The breadth of this work requires someone who can zoom out to see the big picture while staying close enough to the details to catch problems before they cascade.
  5. Experience building cross-functional partnerships and influencing stakeholders across the organization to act without having a direct reporting relationship

Skills

Required

  • 4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
  • Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
  • Experience building and optimizing multiple, simultaneous marketing campaigns
  • Experience managing or working within cross-functional marketing and creative teams
  • Experience managing multiple projects and priorities across teams in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Experience driving direction and alignment with cross-functional teams
  • Knowledge of project management tools and software
  • Experience building cross-functional partnerships and influencing stakeholders across the organization to act without having a direct reporting relationship

Nice to have

  • Experience in multi-territory campaign management
  • Experience in digital marketing and content production timelines and process
