The role focuses on automating executive reporting and driving adoption of Tableau, leveraging AI/LLM tools for tasks like automated narrative summaries and anomaly detection. It involves integrating data from various marketing tools, establishing scorecards, and leading user education programs. The primary output is enhanced reporting and data visualization for business insights.

What you'd actually do

  1. Build, automate, and maintain recurring executive reporting, including the monthly business update, OKRs, staffing levels, and employee scorecards, with an emphasis on reusability and auditability.
  2. Leverage AI/LLM capabilities (e.g., automated narrative summaries, metric reconciliation assistants, anomaly detection prompts) to reduce manual effort and accelerate time to insight.
  3. Design and operationalize partner and employee scorecards with clear KPI definitions, owners, and update cadences.
  4. Connect and harmonize data from Marketing Connect and adjacent tools (e.g., AEM, Smart Analyzer) to expand the reporting foundation into an integrated performance view.
  5. Stand up a formal user education program—training materials, office hours, and role‑based guides—to grow adoption beyond managerial users to Marketers and Relationship teams.
