  3. Manage ordering and replenishment of sales and demo materials in alignment with established guidelines and business needs.
  4. Maintain inventory records, trackers, and documentation related to material usage and distribution.
  5. Monitor and support audits of inventory locations and fulfillment processes to ensure accuracy and consistency.

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience required.
  • Experience in project management or related.
  • Experience supporting commercial teams, ideally within medical device or regulated environments.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to partner cross-functionally.
  • Proficiency with systems, reporting tools, and operational platforms, such as SalesForce, Cvent or similar.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing collaboratively to team objectives.
