What you'd actually do

  1. Own marketing performance forecasts (weekly/monthly) and budget tracking processes, including accruals accuracy
  2. Create and maintain dashboards and reporting frameworks to track cross-channel KPIs and performance
  3. Drive process improvements for reporting systems and implement controls to address gaps
  4. Lead the execution of media measurement frameworks and MMM implementation
  5. Analyze performance variance and develop action plans to optimize marketing spend

Skills

Required

  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
  • Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
  • Knowledge of SQL
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • 4+ years of finance or a related analytical field experience
  • Experience working cross functionally across several teams
  • Experience with written and verbal communication and presentation
