What you'd actually do

  1. Hire, lead and mentor a team of end-to-end recruiters who successfully attain quotas by sourcing and close top-talent.
  2. Develop relationships with key stakeholders across the Marketing organization to understand hiring objectives and develop recruiting strategies to achieve hiring goals.
  3. Use data to evaluate, analyze, and optimize current hiring processes and present hiring data and insights to leadership.
  4. Design scalable recruiting systems, processes, and pipelines that enable speed, quality, and repeatability as we grow.
  5. Drive innovative sourcing, engagement, and closing strategies to close top talent in a highly competitive market.
