Marketing Services Manager

Visa is seeking a Marketing Services Manager to lead the development and execution of marketing objectives, strategies, and programs for Visa in Guatemala. This role involves partnering with clients to achieve business and brand goals, designing and implementing marketing strategies and campaigns, managing investment forecasts, measuring ROI, conducting data and insights analyses, overseeing creative development and media planning, and influencing stakeholders.

What you'd actually do

  1. Identify marketing opportunities with multiple audiences and develop co-marketing strategies and programs to drive increased Visa business.
  2. Oversee all aspects of marketing plans, including promotions, events, marketing communications, sponsorships and partnerships, digital marketing, and sales support.
  3. Identify continuous, actionable consumer insights and opportunities through consumer understanding programs and tools, trend monitoring, and data analysis.
  4. Participate in sales pitch presentations and develop marketing plans to support new business deals.
  5. Build and enhance partnerships across the organization — including Sales, Product, Merchant Solutions, Finance, Operations Support, and Legal — to ensure effective implementation of marketing strategies and plans.
