This role supports the development of an agentic marketing platform (CSP.21) and leads process improvement initiatives within JPMorgan Chase's Business Banking Marketing Transformation team. The role involves gathering requirements, streamlining marketing campaign lifecycles, and collaborating with various teams to enhance marketing operations and technology. The candidate should have experience in marketing, project management, and a demonstrated ability to use AI tools.

What you'd actually do

  1. Secure requirements and information from team members, consolidate inputs, and share with the central group to inform platform development.
  2. Lead forums or cabinets to gather insights and feedback from across the team.
  3. Apply understanding of marketing processes to simplify and automate the marketing campaign lifecycle, reducing manual tasks and data entry.
  4. Support efforts to streamline campaign roles, approvals, and guardrails.
  5. Lead process improvement projects, such as developing a common taxonomy for campaign evidence storage.

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in Marketing, project management, or a related discipline, preferably within Financial Services.
  • Strong understanding of marketing processes and campaign management.
  • Experience in program or project management, with a track record of delivering complex initiatives.
  • Demonstrated experience using AI tools and technologies in professional and personal settings.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly to stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe.
