This role focuses on the operational and product aspects of Uber Direct's delivery solutions in Taiwan, aiming to improve merchant adoption, delivery reliability, and overall performance through data-driven strategies and cross-functional collaboration. It involves solution design, product rollout, reliability optimization, and analytics to drive the success of last-mile delivery services.

What you'd actually do

  1. Deeply understand merchant operational workflows and design delivery solutions that are scalable, sustainable, and market-ready.
  2. Lead the rollout and adoption of Uber Direct delivery solutions in Taiwan in close partnership with Commercial and Global Product teams.
  3. Drive delivery reliability by ensuring strong merchant adoption of Uber Direct products and actively managing available marketplace pricing levers.
  4. Evaluate the impact of solution launches using quantitative metrics (cost, efficiency, reliability).
  5. Monitor marketplace and delivery performance (e.g., completion rate, on-time rate, cost per trip).
