Mask Manufacturing Technician

This role is for a Mask Manufacturing Technician at Intel, responsible for operating and maintaining mask manufacturing modules, ensuring safety, quality, and output goals. The technician will also be involved in process improvement, troubleshooting, and training.

What you'd actually do

  1. Processing of product maintaining tools sets and processes participating in module team structure ensuring area cleanliness training others and suggesting module improvements
  2. Responsible for the buddy, trainer, and certifier levels and is in charge of updating training manuals
  3. Work in processes improvement, troubleshooting nonstandard events in the production line, and reviewing technological health and stability
  4. May participate in safety forums and Emergency Response Team as required work is somewhat complex and is performed within the spectrum ranging from narrowly defined parameters and limited judgment up to highly complex and nonstandard assignments in nature and broadly defined parameters
  5. Normally receives general instructions on routine work and detailed instructions on new work.

Skills

Required

  • High school Diploma or GED with 2+ years of relevant experience OR Associate degree or higher in a STEM program with 2+ years of relevant experience
  • Military electronic/avionic technician training
  • End-user computer skills and navigation
  • Schematic/wiring diagram reading
  • Electronic systems
  • Troubleshooting and maintenance and the testing
  • Repairing and troubleshooting faulty electronic equipment down to a component using available schematics
  • Experience in a high-volume manufacturing (HVM) environment

Nice to have

  • Experience in high-volume Mask Manufacturing with photomask manufacturing environment
  • Working knowledge of standard PC tools such as MS Windows, MS Outlook, and MS Office suite
  • End-user computer skills and navigation
