Mask Manufacturing Technician

This role involves performing manufacturing and assembly tasks, operating and optimizing production equipment, conducting quality control evaluations, and supporting new product development and process improvements in a semiconductor manufacturing environment. The technician will ensure products meet industry standards and customer specifications, maintain production logs, and collaborate with management and engineering teams.

What you'd actually do

  1. Performs assigned product manufacturing and assembly tasks in the production process, ensuring that the finished products match the industry standards and customer specifications.
  2. Also supports developing, building and testing new products and prototypes, or processes for quality and functionality.
  3. Operates equipment either from a remote operations center or internal to factory.
  4. Collects and evaluates operating data to conduct online equipment adjustment and ensure process optimization.
  5. Maintains overall production efficiency of assigned tools/ modules, and optimizes production efficiency by adjusting machinery and equipment settings as needed.

Skills

Required

  • High school Diploma or GED
  • 1+ years of relevant experience in military electronic/avionic technician training, end-user computer skills and navigation, schematic/wiring diagram reading, electronic systems, troubleshooting and maintenance and the testing, and/or repairing and troubleshooting faulty electronic equipment down to a component using available schematics.
  • STEM program (Associate's degree or higher)

Nice to have

  • Working knowledge of standard PC tools such as MS Windows, MS Outlook, and MS Office suite
  • Previous experience in Mask/Wafer manufacturing environment
