Mask Manufacturing Technician

This role involves performing manufacturing and assembly tasks in a production process, ensuring products meet industry standards and customer specifications. Responsibilities include operating equipment, collecting and evaluating operating data for process optimization, maintaining production efficiency, setting up and operating production equipment, supporting installation and maintenance of equipment, driving utilization of automated systems, producing product that meets output requirements, supporting process improvements, troubleshooting production line issues, and conducting quality checks on raw materials and final products.

What you'd actually do

  1. Performs assigned product manufacturing and assembly tasks in the production process, ensuring that the finished products match the industry standards and customer specifications.
  2. Also supports developing, building and testing new products and prototypes, or processes for quality and functionality.
  3. Operates equipment either from a remote operations center or internal to factory.
  4. Collects and evaluates operating data to conduct online equipment adjustment and ensure process optimization.
  5. Maintains overall production efficiency of assigned tools/ modules, and optimizes production efficiency by adjusting machinery and equipment settings as needed.

Skills

Required

  • High school Diploma or GED
  • 1+ years of relevant experience in one or more of the following: military electronic/avionic technician training, end-user computer skills and navigation, schematic/wiring diagram reading, electronic systems, troubleshooting and maintenance and the testing, and/or repairing and troubleshooting faulty electronic equipment down to a component using available schematics.
  • STEM program (Associate's degree or higher)

Nice to have

  • Working knowledge of standard PC tools such as MS Windows, MS Outlook, and MS Office suite
  • Previous experience in Mask/Wafer manufacturing environment
