CoreWeave is seeking a Master Scheduler to manage raw material deliveries for data center projects. This role involves analyzing project plans, forecasting material needs, coordinating cross-functionally, tracking deliveries, and resolving schedule conflicts to ensure on-time and in-full material arrival. The goal is to maintain build velocity, cost control, and execution excellence in a fast-paced environment.

What you'd actually do

  1. Own the end-to-end master scheduling of raw material deliveries across multiple data center projects.
  2. Analyze project plans, forecast material requirements, and coordinate cross-functionally to ensure materials arrive on-site on time and in full.
  3. Actively track deliveries, resolve schedule conflicts, and adjust plans to mitigate risk and prevent bottlenecks.
  4. Partner closely with Project Management, Supply Management, Procurement, and Logistics teams.

Skills

Required

  • 3–4+ years of experience in project planning and scheduling
  • Hands-on experience developing and maintaining master schedules for complex, multi-project environments
  • Proficiency with scheduling tools such as Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project
  • Experience forecasting material requirements based on project specifications and milestones
  • Strong data analysis and reporting skills using spreadsheets and related planning tools
  • Experience coordinating with cross-functional teams including Project Management, Procurement, Supply Chain, and Logistics
  • Experience tracking material deliveries, managing exceptions, and implementing corrective actions
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

Nice to have

  • Experience supporting data center, infrastructure, construction, or large-scale capital projects
  • Familiarity with inventory management systems and material tracking tools
  • Experience working with suppliers and external contractors
