Anduril Industries is a defense technology company seeking a Master Scheduler for their Air Dominance & Strike Division. The role involves developing and maintaining the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) for strategic programs, working closely with program leadership and engineering teams. Success requires strong understanding of IMS, earned value methods, and an execution mindset to manage project timelines, identify risks, and ensure compliance with reporting requirements for government contracts. Experience with Microsoft Project, Critical Path Methodology, and government acquisition processes is essential.

What you'd actually do

  1. Consult with Program Managers and Engineering Leads to set up assignments, tasks, and subtasks
  2. Develop, implement, and maintain an effective scheduling management system across one or more programs
  3. Develop and coordinate an integrated master schedule (IMS) and integrated master plan (IMP) with internal departments and external stakeholders
  4. Status program schedules, identify problem areas, investigate off-schedule tasks, establish and document corrective action
  5. Resource-load and status the IMS on a regular basis. Deliver monthly IMS updates to our customers

  • Microsoft Project (MPP)

  • PMI scheduling professional (PMI-SP) certification
