Role:
Procure and manage the materials needed for the company's operation, ensuring that the right materials are available at the right time, in the right quantities.
**What You Will Do: **
- Analyze sales forecast, production plan and Inventory levels to assure materials availability in timely manner.
- Manage correct planning of materials requirements and coordination with suppliers to avoid shortages and overstocks
- Determine and plan the materials stock level, products or services that the company requires, whether for stock replenishment or regular operational needs.
- Knowledge of Material Requirement Planning (Preference SAP proficiency (CBS module).
- Coordination of the operational logistics supplies ensuring that they arrive on time at production plants or warehouses.
- Performing work to achieve supply chain performance targets focused on backorders, backlog estimated ship dates, SSP (Supplier Shipping Performance), past due schedules, inventory and turns. Recognizes software systems or components used to manage supply chain. (ie: Microsoft, Excel, SAP).
- Execute schedule adjustments through collaboration, order min/mults, EOQs (Economic Order Quantity), lost or misdirected shipments, transportation issues, ASN (Advanced Shipping Notifications) issues, E/C (Engineering Change) level or material code changes, backorder escalation, and all other supplier issues impacting performance targets
- Invoice Grief & Over Short Damage resolution
Degree Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, International Relations, or any field within Supply Chain
- Intermediate Conversational English Level

- Ability to analyze information objectively, apply critical thinking for decision‑making across supply chain areas, demonstrate strong analytical capabilities, and effectively manage conflicts to maintain operational alignment
Problem Solving:
- Project management capability, including coordinating tasks, timelines, and resources to ensure successful execution of operational initiatives.
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel for data analysis, reporting, and process tracking.
**Relationship Management: **
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
Internal Resource Coordination:
- Ability to manage project-related activities, aligning tasks, timelines, and cross-functional resources to ensure successful execution
The best candidates will also have:
- Advanced Conversational and written English
- 2 years managing the planning of operational or indirect materials
- Intermediate SAP proficiency
- Excel macro and query skills
- Kaizen and/or Lean methodologies
- Power BI Intermediate
- APICS: Certification CPIM or related
- Works collaboratively with suppliers and clients to address critical issues and resolve major problems
Additional information:
Location: Santa Catarina, this position requires working onsite five days a week.
This position is from Monday to Friday
