Mechanical Systems Manufacturing Engineer at Boeing responsible for driving producibility and manufacturing excellence through drawing reviews, process analysis, engineering release, work instruction development, RCCA, and supporting production/supply chain operations. What you'd actually do

  1. Review drawings and perform producibility and variation analyses to ensure manufacturability and process capability.
  2. Manage engineering release processes and develop work instructions to support production readiness.
  3. Lead Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) efforts to resolve production issues affecting performance, cost, or schedule.
  4. Drive process automation and implement lean manufacturing principles to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
  5. Provide production and supply chain support to optimize workflows and material availability.

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, engineering technology (includes manufacturing engineering technology), computer science, engineering data science, mathematics, physics or chemistry
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience

Nice to have

  • Experience with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MESci, GOLDesp, or similar).
  • Proficiency in CAD tools such as CATIA and ENOVIA.
  • Programming skills to support automation and data analysis.
  • Knowledge of automation and machine learning applications in manufacturing.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
