Skills

Required

  • Medical Affairs or R&D experience in pharmaceutical or medical device companies (approx. 2-3 years)
  • Knowledge/experience in oncology/urology/nuclear medicine/radiology
  • Understanding of Japanese promotion code and ability to communicate appropriately with KOLs
  • High communication skills in Japanese (reading, writing, speaking)
  • English reading/writing level (ability to understand/create documents, handle emails)

Nice to have

  • Advanced degree/qualification in life sciences such as MD/PhD/Pharmacist
  • Business-level English skills for collaboration with global teams
  • Experience in planning or executing medical strategy before/after launch
  • Experience in health economics or Real World Evidence
