Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Medical Affairs Lead for their Surgery MSM portfolio. This role is responsible for shaping and executing the medical and clinical strategy, providing scientific and clinical leadership, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to support decision-making and evidence-based value propositions. The role requires an MD or equivalent medical degree and 5-10 years of experience in clinical practice, research, or medical affairs.

What you'd actually do

  1. Sharpen the Surgery MSM device narrative using robust clinical evidence, including case studies, real-world evidence, and local country recommendations.
  2. Provide added clinical support during key procurement processes, major tenders, and interactions with insurance companies or pharmacists.
  3. Collaborate closely with the MSM Health Economics and Market Access (HEMA) team to translate scientific evidence into clinical and access value propositions.
  4. Develop frameworks for evidence generation to establish competitive advantage.
  5. Support safe and effective deployment of new technologies.
