The Medical Director for Operations, Governance, & Digital at GE Healthcare leads the operational backbone of Medical Affairs in the US and Canada, ensuring compliant and efficient execution of medical strategies. This role focuses on operational excellence, cross-functional coordination, and audit readiness, managing a team and partnering with various departments to support safe and ethical medical engagement.

What you'd actually do

  1. Lead US/CAN Medical Operations strategy aligned with GMA global frameworks, PDx priorities, and US/CAN Medical Affairs strategic plans.
  2. Drive operational planning cycles (annual plans, OKRs, operating rhythms) including medical activity tracking, dashboards, KPIs, and compliance documentation.
  3. Translate scientific and medical priorities into executable operational processes, systems, and workflows.
  4. Partner with US/CAN Medical leadership to ensure operational resourcing, budget planning, forecasting, vendor oversight, and contracting compliance.
  5. Contribute to operational design of US/CAN medical launch readiness, evidence initiatives, field excellence activities, and cross‑functional accountability planning.
