What you'd actually do

  1. Accountable for the medical strategy of the Oncology Therapeutic Area (TA) and execution to achieve business & company objectives
  2. Co-leads Country Value Teams (CVT) by providing medical strategic input and TA expertise
  3. Leads the TAs medical teams by coordinating, coaching, training and developing talent and continuously improving processes and ways of working
  4. Provides thought leadership, subject matter and medical expertise across the organization as well as in external forum
  5. Acts a driving member of selected CVTs within the TA

Skills

Required

  • Scientific degree: Medical Doctor or PhD
  • 8-10 years relevant work experience
  • Medical affairs field experience (as MSL or MSL manager)
  • Leadership experience
  • Deep knowledge of the therapeutic area
  • Deep knowledge of Pharma industry and Health Care Environment
  • Fluency in German
  • Fluency in English
