What you'd actually do

  1. Managing a team of individual contributors and/or Supervisors, and is accountable for conducting effective performance management.
  2. Assisting with external stakeholder management, scientific communications, evidence generation, publications, and medical education activities
  3. Defining standards for the review and approval of promotional and non-promotional materials to ensure compliance with applicable requirements.
  4. Developing tactical and operational plans to aid in the creation of promotional and non-promotional materials, including publications, scientific or technical literature, and training, education, and disease-state awareness materials.
  5. Responsible for managing operational aspects of their team (e.g., workflow, performance, and compliance), as well as ensuring achievement of team goals within established timelines and budgets.

Required

  • MD is desirable
  • Expertise in Oncology solid tumors is mandatory.
  • 3-5 Years Work Experience as Medical Manager is mandatory
  • Deep knowledge of drug development process, including clinical epidemiology, randomized controlled trials, and publication plans
