What you'd actually do

  1. Develop and implement a scientific engagement plan for the territory that aligns with Medical Affairs strategy, prioritized medical objectives, and approved core medical assets.
  2. Cultivate strong professional relationships with community and academic opinion leaders/KOLs in the territory to advance our scientific credibility.
  3. Engage in high quality, two-way scientific exchange that encourages dialogue, shared understanding, and learning over time in the relevant disease area. Utilize insights and MSL tools to develop a strategic approach for customer engagements within territory by collecting, synthesizing, and applying clinical, scientific, competitive, and territory level information.
  4. Leverage AI tools and insights to enhance decision making, streamline processes, and improve efficiency and outcomes across core responsibilities.
  5. Maintain awareness of direct and indirect competitors within the therapeutic area and incorporate relevant, evidence‑based clinical context into scientific engagement planning and compliant scientific discussions
