Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is seeking a Medical Science Liaison for Neuroimmunology in the New England region. This role involves providing scientific and clinical information to healthcare professionals and opinion leaders, staying updated on treatment trends, and supporting research. The position requires building external relationships, developing territory strategic plans, and maintaining a high level of competency in the disease state. The role emphasizes scientific acumen, communication, and collaboration while adhering to compliance guidelines. Requires a PharmD, PhD, MD, NP, or PA with relevant experience and MSL or related pharma experience. Significant travel is expected.

What you'd actually do

  1. Building external relationships with identified KOLs and health care providers (MD, PA, NP, RN, Pharm.D., bio coordinators) and developing and managing geographical territory.
  2. Developing and maintaining a territory strategic plan, which includes educational activities with identified OLs, HCPs, institutions, and community practices.
  3. Having a level of competency and experience in the disease state.
  4. Rapidly identify and compliantly collaborate with field-based partners to ensure support of the Healthcare Providers which will positively impact the patients that they care for.
  5. To enhance their skills in agility, applying the competencies of Change Management, Time Management and Innovation.

Skills

Required

  • PharmD, PhD, MD, NP or PA w/ 2+ years relevant neurology, immunology and/or neuromuscular experience
  • 0-2 years MSL experience, and/or 2 years relevant work exp (clinical or research experience) and/or related pharma work
  • Requires travel of approximately 60% depending on geography includes overnight and weekends as needed.
  • A valid driver’s license
