The Associate Professional Education Manager for Electrophysiology & Neurovascular at Johnson & Johnson is responsible for developing and executing educational strategies and programs for healthcare professionals. This role involves collaborating with commercial teams, Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), and cross-functional teams to ensure safe and effective product utilization, develop educational content, and ensure compliance with regulations. The position requires strong analytical, strategic thinking, and project management skills, with a focus on the Electrophysiology market.

What you'd actually do

  1. Prof Ed strategy development: Develop mid-to-long-term Healthcare professional educational strategies for mainly Electrophysiology and also Neurovascular market in collaboration with Commercial sales & marketing team.
  2. Prof Ed Program Planning and Execution: Design and execute educational programs for Healthcare professionals, ensuring alignment with Commercial objectives.
  3. KOL and Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and Healthcare professionals to gather insights for effective and efficient educational programs and identification of market’s educational unmet needs, and Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, compliance team, to develop educational content that supports product launches and ongoing education initiatives.
  4. Performance Evaluation: Develop and implement metrics to assess the effectiveness of educational programs, making data-driven decisions to enhance content and delivery methods.
  5. Compliance Assurance: Ensure all educational activities comply with industry regulations and company policies, maintaining high standards of quality and ethics.

Skills

Required

  • BA/BS required.
  • 8 or more years of Commercial Sales & Marketing or Professional Education experience in MedTech, Healthcare, or Electrophysiology industry with proven track record of success.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong business acumen with ability to translate clinical needs into educational strategies.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities with proficiency in English and Korean
  • Ability to use PC's and associated software, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Must be able to travel overnight extensively, including overnight and weekend stays to manage training sessions.
