What you'd actually do

  2. Design and manage governance for data infrastructure spanning multiple systems such as CRM, ERP, and DWH
  3. Design data architecture, formulate roadmap, and execute for future business growth
  4. Improve data quality and establish/improve data management processes
  5. Promote standardization and optimization of data linkage and integration between systems

Skills

Required

  • Practical experience in data strategy, data management, or data architecture
  • Basic understanding of enterprise data infrastructure including ERP, DWH, CRM, data linkage, and master data management
  • Experience organizing commercial requirements and translating them into executable mechanisms and processes in collaboration with related departments such as IT
  • Project management and coordination/consensus-building skills with diverse stakeholders
  • Ability to organize and structure complex issues and translate them into concrete actions
  • High communication and documentation skills in Japanese
  • Experience collaborating with stakeholders in English on global or cross-functional projects

Nice to have

  • Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., SFDC, D365) and related systems implementation/operation
  • Practical experience in data governance and master data management
  • Experience promoting data utilization in collaboration with BI/analytics domains
  • Business execution ability in English (including meetings, emails, document creation)
