Commercial General Manager for Electrophysiology business in North Asia (South Korea and Taiwan) at Johnson & Johnson MedTech. What you'd actually do

  1. Lead the commercial performance and strategic execution of the EP business across all markets within the North Asia Clusters. Own full P&L of North Asia EP.
  2. Provide strategic leadership and direction, overseeing commercial activities across all EP platforms. Manage North Asia EP operating plan for the business unit, including budget ownership, resource deployment, and performance tracking.
  3. Direct the critical processes across North Asia related to business planning, marketing planning, portfolio management, IBP, life cycle management, business performance tracking including P&L monitoring of the business units and geographies.
  4. Lead, mentor, and inspire a team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence. Lead the talent agenda for the business in region, including a robust leadership pipeline and future-ready capabilities
  5. Accountable for ensuring the highest quality execution and oversight to maintain full compliance with external regulations and Johnson & Johnson policies (e.g., Business Conduct Policy, HCC, SOX, FDA, and local requirements)

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 12 years of business and commercial experience (sales and marketing)
  • Experience in marketing programs to create new markets or market segments
  • Knowledge and experience within North Asia, including insights and Voice of the Customer (VOC)
