Integrated Business Planning Manager responsible for demand planning and supply management, developing consensus forecasts, integrating historical and market data, managing supply and inventory to maintain service levels, and handling escalations. The role involves close collaboration with sales, marketing, finance, and supply chain partners, and creating scenario plans for new product launches. It requires business-level English and experience in supply chain management, preferably in healthcare.

What you'd actually do

  1. Develops and communicates a consensus forecast for a defined portfolio of products.
  2. Responsiblities include integrating historical data, market data, & strategic plans collected throughout the IBP Process by close collaboration with sales, marketing, finance, and regional & global supply chain partners.
  3. The IBP Manager position also requires supply management functions.
  4. The IBP Manager is expected to manage supply & inventory to maintain high service levels while maintaining optimal inventory levels.
  5. Expectations also include the ability to handle escalations & to manage difficult negotations between internal & external stakeholders.
