  2. 社内外ステークホルダーと連携し、プロセス改善や自動化施策を推進し、戦略代理店との協業を通じて効率的で信頼性の高いサプライチェーンの構築に貢献する。
  3. チームの成長戦略を立案し、実行をリードする。
  4. Skill Mapに応じて経験の浅いスタッフを指導し、受注業務に関するスキル及び知識習得を支援する。
  5. チームメンバーを管理し、自身も含めたチーム内の適切なリソースプランニングを行う。
