[medtech] Product Manager - Electrophysiology

Product Manager for Electrophysiology portfolio in Korea, responsible for product strategy, lifecycle management, new product introductions, market research, business performance tracking, and cross-functional collaboration to achieve business and patient impact goals.

What you'd actually do

  1. Develop and execute the long-term product strategy and roadmap for the EP portfolio.
  2. Lead lifecycle management for existing products, including demand forecasting, pricing, and positioning.
  3. Identify and prioritize market opportunities through analysis of customer insights, competitive landscape, and clinical trends.
  4. Lead new product introduction (NPI) planning and execution in Korea, ensuring seamless readiness across enabling functions(finance, RA, HEMA, SC, HCC, Legal, CQ and all)
  5. Track and analyze product performance metrics, pricing, and market dynamics to guide strategy adjustments.

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • 5+ years of marketing experience in the MedTech, healthcare, or cardiovascular industry
  • Proven track record in launching new products in highly competitive markets
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent cross-functional leadership and project management capabilities
  • Strong business acumen with ability to translate clinical needs into product strategies
  • Outstanding communication skills with proficiency in English and Korean

Nice to have

  • MBA or advanced degree preferred
  • Experience in Electrophysiology is highly preferred
