[medtech] Sr. Clinical Sales - Electrophysiology

This role is for a Sr. Clinical Sales representative in the Electrophysiology (EP) field within Johnson & Johnson's MedTech division. The primary responsibilities include providing clinical product and technical support to healthcare professionals, educating customers on product usage, and executing customer development and training plans to meet business goals. The role requires extensive travel within an assigned region and collaboration with internal and external partners.

What you'd actually do

  1. Provide expert clinical product and technical assistance to physicians and EP Lab Staff on the effective use of Biosense Webster® product portfolio* and play an active role in successfully introducing innovative technologies.
  2. Optimize practitioner efficiency through optimal product usage.
  3. Educate customers on all BWI products by providing technical and clinical information and in-service trainings.
  4. Stay current on company products instructions for use (IFU), best practices and technical troubleshooting, as well as relevant scientific clinical literature and new product information.
  5. Creates awareness of BWI solutions and facilitates through deep understanding and delivering feature & benefits of them

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher
  • 3+ years of relevant experience (especially in medical devices industry)
  • Willingness and ability to travel extensively
  • Ability to troubleshoot and remain calm under pressure
  • Communicate business-related issues or opportunities to next management level
  • Drive collaboration and maintain consistent, open lines of communication
  • Ability to collaborate with diverse internal and external partners
  • Ability to communicate in English (written and orally) and Korean
  • Skill in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

Nice to have

  • Experience working with cardiac-related hospitals and/or Ultrasound (Echocardiography) experience is highly preferred
