This role is for a Supply Chain PMO (Project Management Office) contractor at Johnson & Johnson's MedTech division in Seoul, Korea. The primary focus is on leading the Korea Supply Chain workstream for Project Osprey, specifically concerning warehouse set-up and ERP readiness for a legal entity separation. The objective is to ensure Day 1 operational readiness for warehouse operations, SAP/ERP configuration, master data, testing, and related processes. The role requires expertise in warehouse operations, ERP deployment, and cross-functional project execution.

What you'd actually do

  1. Lead local warehouse set-up activities for the new legal entity, including operational process design, SOP alignment, and readiness tracking
  2. Coordinate warehouse-related business requirements with internal stakeholders and external partners such as 3PL service providers
  3. Ensure warehouse operations are ready for Day 1, including inbound, storage, inventory handling, outbound, IT infrastructure, and issue resolution processes
  4. Lead local execution of ERP readiness including SAP configuration alignment, master data preparation, and interface validation
  5. Coordinate system testing, UAT, cutover preparation, and Hypercare support for Day 1 go-live
