Member of Technical Staff 2

Adobe Adobe · Enterprise · Bangalore, India

Software Engineer on the Web Platform team at Adobe, responsible for front-end delivery of adobe.com and related properties. This role involves technical design, code quality, end-to-end ownership, collaboration with product and other engineering teams, and driving technical decisions. Experience with AI agents in the SDLC is mentioned as a plus.

What you'd actually do

  1. Own delivery end to end. Take full accountability for front-end modules — from requirement gathering with PMs to integration with backend services, deployment, and production stability.
  2. Write code you're proud of. Deliver high-quality, well-tested code with a "do it right the first time" mindset. You own your quality — no hand-offs to QA as a safety net.
  3. Drive technical decisions. Contribute detailed designs, proof of concepts, and architecture input. Push back when something isn't the right approach.
  4. Raise the bar for the team. Review peers' code, identify and reduce technical debt, write documentation, and actively participate in Agile ceremonies.
  5. Collaborate across a global org. Work closely with Product Owners, System Architects, SRE, and distributed engineering teams across time zones.
