This role provides technical support to Intel Foundry Services customers on memory compiler generation and integration for advanced semiconductor applications, focusing on resolving integration issues, improving collaterals, and guiding memory design methodologies for aerospace, defense, and government customers. The role requires expertise in memory design and integration, customer engagement, and problem-solving within a collaborative environment.

What you'd actually do

  1. Provide comprehensive technical support to Intel Foundry Services customers on memory compiler generation and integration issues
  2. Collaborate with internal Intel teams and external stakeholders including foundry customers' design teams, Memory IP providers, and EDA vendors on foundational IP integration issue resolution
  3. Create application notes, comprehensive documentation, and deliver technical training presentations to customers and internal teams
  4. Lead debugging and problem-solving activities in collaborative team environments
  5. Deliver customer-facing technical support with focus on memory design and integration solutions

Skills

Required

  • Memory design or Memory Compiler development and implementation
  • Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or STEM related field of study
  • US Citizenship
  • Ability to obtain a US Government Security Clearance

Nice to have

  • Active US Government Security Clearance
  • Post Graduate degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or STEM related field
  • SRAM, Register Files (RF), and ROM
  • CMOS digital circuit design principles
  • behavioral and physical modeling of memory architectures
  • customer support in Memory Design, Memory Compiler Design, eFUSE and antiFUSE and MBIST
  • IP development
  • scripting languages like Perl/Tcl/Python
  • power-aware RTL and UPF flow
  • ASIC or SoC development
