This role focuses on merchandising operations for Expedia's consumer brands, involving the creation and optimization of landing pages and placements to enhance traveler engagement and drive business growth. What you'd actually do

  1. Build and launch dedicated landing page experiences for promotions and merchandise relevant lines of business.
  2. Build and schedule merchandising placements across our brand homepages and various landing pages using our content management tools.
  3. Analyze landing page performance and suggest optimizations to improve how we present our products and inspire travelers.
  4. Maintain and enhance our evergreen merchandising landing pages to ensure content is always fresh, relevant, and effective.
  5. Assist in gathering information to help evaluate new product and merchandising ideas.

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
  • 2+ years of relevant professional experience
  • Understanding of merchandising to drive customer engagement
  • Ability to learn complex software and content management systems
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Capacity to handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Demonstrated ability to provide timely, accurate, and professional responses to stakeholders
  • Proficient at keeping stakeholders informed of progress
  • Foundational understanding of e-commerce marketing strategies

Nice to have

  • Direct experience building landing pages
  • Experience using a Content Management System (CMS)
  • Relevant professional experience or education focused on online merchandising
