This role is for a Merchant Operations Manager at Uber Eats in Taiwan, focusing on driving the success of the Ads product for merchants. What you'd actually do

  1. Own Taiwan Ads Net Revenue attainment — monitor ads product adoption, engagement, and churn. Drive growth & mitigation actions, producing weekly and monthly performance reviews for leadership
  2. Lead Ads forecasting each cycle by embedding Account Manager’s inputs balanced with data-driven recommendation, surfacing a consolidated country-level view to HQ Ads Finance team
  3. Partner with our central/global product teams to develop product solutions and support product launches to meet merchant needs/use cases
  4. Develop, operationalize and measure strategies for scaled programs to enable Uber Eats to hit our strategic objectives
  5. Develop analysis and experiments to support business decisions regarding growth opportunities.
