What you'd actually do

  1. Assess trade offs between different strategies to build long term eater loyalty and merchant preference
  2. Work closely with commercial teams to understand key ops merchant opportunities to reduce defects.
  3. Process Optimization: Execute, optimize, and scale core analyses and processes across LatAm and beyond, regularly reviewing performance.
  4. Performance Management: Monitor KPIs and design initiatives to drive sustainable improvements against ambitious goals.
  5. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with commercial teams to understand pain points and identify system and process improvements.
