Bank of America's Merrill Wealth Management is seeking a Performance Coach to assist Financial Advisor Practices and Advisory Branch Managers in developing and executing strategies to increase productivity and enhance the client experience. The role involves individual and team coaching, research, content development, and program execution, focusing on building high-performance teams and driving business growth. Requires a deep understanding of wealth management, coaching experience with senior leaders, and strong practice management knowledge.

What you'd actually do

  1. Deliver customized coaching/consulting to a segment of the advisor field
  2. Facilitate high value peer communities and teambuilding experiences
  3. Partner with Market Executives to support high impact local programming
  4. Actively expand outreach to advisors prime for development by engaging PMG resources
  5. Collaborate with fellow Performance Coaches and PMG partners

  • Strong knowledge and experience in practice management
  • Ability to develop and execute growth strategies and tactical action plans to improve sales leadership performance and business outcomes
  • Experience applying consulting-style approaches to improve team effectiveness, structure, and execution
  • Experience conducting research and translating insights into practical coaching content, tools, and programs
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
