What you'd actually do

  1. Ownership of our vendor contracts and relationships with our SMS/MMS, RCS, Email, and WhatsApp vendors
  2. Analyze and maintain pricing and cost data sheets and recurrently produce up-to-date cost sheets based on changing prices. Constantly reevaluate prices, competitive trends, margins, and customer volumes to ensure we have the most competitive rates in each region and product line
  3. Maintain product cost bottom line, negotiation with vendors on customer bespoke pricing requests to ensure selling strategies ensure maximization of Gross Profit & drive growth
  4. Support pricing input to Client RFPs and customer bespoke pricing requests
  5. Stay informed and up to date regarding different SMS & RCS product offerings, pricing trends, and industry changes
