Account Manager for cardiometabolic products in Denmark, responsible for territory management, customer engagement, and coaching team members on sales capabilities. Utilizes data, AI, and customer insights for account planning and maximizing business potential.

What you'd actually do

  1. Acts as a role model for sales effectiveness, call quality, and customer‑centric engagement.
  2. Own territory: Based on data and insights develop and execute account planning.
  3. Achieve or exceed sales targets
  4. Actively supports team capability development on Lilly selling model through peer coaching, training and role plays. Lead through best practices.
  5. Demonstrates strong disease‑area knowledge and a deep understanding of treatment options, including Lilly and competitor products

Skills

Required

  • Minimum 3 years’ pharma experience
  • Excellent key capabilities such as in call selling skills and key account management
  • Skilled communicator, presenter, ability to build relations as well as effective in stakeholder management.
  • Ability and willingness to work in an environment with individual sales & productivity metrics and reviews
  • Candidates must be comfortable adapting to new technologies and platforms, such as various forms of AI, Microsoft package including Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Co-Pilot and Veeva Salesforce.
  • Field based position, candidate must live in Sjælland and be available for flexible working pattern and travel as needed.
  • Driver’s license.
  • Bachelor’s or equivalent degree required.
  • Danish LIF Exam
