What you'd actually do

  1. Lead the business team and regional promotion team, formulate and execute regional business strategies, respond to market and national policy changes (e.g., pay attention to changes in medical insurance policies and hospital development needs), and achieve short- and long-term business and financial/budget goals;
  2. Lead the team to build an innovative platform, continuously explore and innovate more effective business models;
  3. Actively establish strategic partnerships with government, medical insurance, hospital administrators, etc., build effective platforms, and enhance the team's ability to cope with changes in the market environment;
  4. Optimize the organizational structure in a timely manner, integrate regional resources, and establish an effective regional management system;
  5. Promote cooperation between internal and external management teams and across departments, and establish and maintain an effective communication system;

Skills
