  3. Own the buildings and grounds portion of the total facility budget. This includes planning, forecasting, execution and monthly performance reporting for all facilities related projects and overhead work packages including labor hours.
  4. Utilize the CMMS work order system to plan, schedule and execute work orders, dispatch resources, record labor hours and material costs for work.
  5. Support Weapons System Sector sustainability and environmental initiatives and compliance for waste monitoring.
