What you'd actually do

  1. Partner with HR and business leaders to shape and clarify high‑impact workforce and talent questions, translating business context into well‑defined analytical problem statements and testable hypotheses.
  2. Apply rigorous quantitative and qualitative methods to generate credible, decision‑relevant people insights across HR domains
  3. Identify patterns and insights with repeatable value, distinguishing one‑time analyses from insights that should be scaled through enterprise analytics and decision products.
  4. Collaborate closely with Decision Products and other HR Data & Intelligence teams to translate validated insights into reusable metrics, analytics, and decision products, contributing domain context and analytical framing.
  5. Translate complex analyses into clear, compelling narratives that connect people insights to business outcomes and enable confident decision‑making by senior leaders.

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in I/O Psychology, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field
  • 5 years in people analytics, workforce analytics, or data-driven consulting in a human capital or social science context
  • Ability to frame ambiguous business questions, apply analytic rigor, and translate complex data into clear, decision-relevant insights
  • Strong understanding of workforce and HR data domains and how people insights inform business outcomes
  • Demonstrated strength in executive-level communication and storytelling, with the ability to influence through clarity and evidence
  • Prior experience advising or consulting with senior leaders or executive stakeholders on workforce and talent decisions.
  • Experience working with analytical platforms and tools
  • Experience partnering with product, data science, or analytics teams to scale insights into reusable analytics or decision products

Nice to have

  • Advanced degree in a relevant discipline (i.e. I/O Psychology, Data Science, Statistics, Behavioral Science, or other related field)
  • Experience operating within an HR, people analytics, or workforce technology environment
  • Experience operating in a global organization with awareness of regional data, privacy, and residency considerations
  • Experience with employee listening and survey methodologies, including design, interpretation, and integration with other workforce signals.
