What you'd actually do

  1. Supervise and manage the efforts of the Deployment Operations Team for both CONUS and OCONUS Teams.
  2. Conduct strategic planning to align operations with customer requirements.
  3. Plan and coordinate with Development and Logistics Product Owners to execute hardware and software upgrade rollouts per customer direction.
  4. Manage equipment and personnel relocations at OCONUS sites per customer directives.
  5. Supervise the daily activities of 8-12 team members, aligning their efforts and reporting status to the Deployment Product Owner and Deployment Product Integrator.

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree and 6 years of relevant experience, or Master’s degree with 4 years of experience.
  • 1+ year of experience leading technical projects or teams with schedule accountability.
  • Demonstrated experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) or Cost-focused project management.
  • Hands-on experience with networking technologies or CUAS C2 Systems
  • Secret clearance

Nice to have

  • Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in multicultural OCONUS settings, including knowledge of host‑nation regulations and operational security (OPSEC) considerations.
  • Prior exposure to cross‑functional Agile environments, working closely with Development, Logistics, and Systems Engineering product owners.
  • Experience with U.S. Government contracts or defense systems.
  • Proven ability to represent organizational capabilities to customers and stakeholders.
