This role is for a Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition, supporting engineering teams that build platforms for personalized, data-driven customer experiences. The focus is on scaling AI/ML, Platform, Cloud, Security, Data, and Core Engineering capabilities. The role involves leading AMER engineering recruiting, setting global hiring standards, and acting as a strategic advisor to engineering leaders. It emphasizes building a hiring engine, driving continuous improvement in recruiting processes, and leading a team of talent acquisition professionals.

What you'd actually do

  1. Translate CXO Engineering’s platform strategy, product evolution, and operating model shifts into forward looking hiring plans, capacity models, and skills-based talent strategies.
  2. Serve as a trusted Talent Acquisition advisor to CXO Engineering leaders, providing insight that informs decisions shaping the future of CXO platforms and capabilities.
  3. Own end to end AMER engineering hiring delivery while tightly partnering with regional and global TA leaders.
  4. Establish and uphold clear KPIs across time to fill, funnel health, readiness, and quality.
  5. Coach and develop a high performing team of Talent Partners and Talent Coordinators supporting critical CXO engineering domains.
